One Month

Mia turned a month old on Tuesday! We celebrated by going to the dr for a hepatitis B shot:( She did great and is now weighing in at 8 lbs.

Welcome Amelia Cate!!!

Born at 8:54am on February 23, 2010
7 lbs 2 oz, 20 1/4 inches long
We are finally a family of four! Amelia has been such blessing to us. I am loving getting to know our new little girl. We can't wait to see who she grows up to be. Olivia has been the best big sister. I was worried about being away from her, and how she would react to the new baby. Thanks to lots of extra attention from her grandparents, she did great! I am so proud of her! She is such a loving girl and was truly meant to have a sibling to grow up with.
The last four weeks have just flown by! I can't believe Mia is a month old already. I am just started to feel like a normal person again, and we are all getting used to a new routine.

Mardi Gras

On Fat Tuesday Olivia and I went to a Mardi Gras playdate at a friend's house. She had a great time playing with the other kids. They decorated their ride on toys for a Mardi Gras parade and even caught some beads!

Honestly I'm not really sure that is the name of the parks and rec class we are taking right now. But believe me, there is a lot of running, jumping, and shouting going on.

I am a terrible blogger!!!

I haven't blogged since Christmas for a few reasons.
1) We broke our camera for the second time in two months.
2) Olivia and I have been sick since New Years. Seriously.
3) We have been busy getting ready for baby #2!
Thankfully, we got a new camera just in time for our baby girl's arrival on February 23! Here's a few pics of Olivia. AKA Big Sister!!
